The Elliott Scott Group offer a range of Learning and Development opportunities to our employees across all brands, departments and locations.
We encourage them to attend relevant courses and attain additional qualifications of benefit to their roles.
All our leaders partake in a six week Team Head Coach Leadership Programme. We also run an Associate Consultant Development Programme, a global initiative with the objective to develop confident and capable 360 recruiters. It is believed to be one of the best junior development programmes provided by a recruitment firm with participants receiving a comprehensive, structured 12-month training programme and the opportunity to travel to London for an in-person graduation celebration with their peers.
