Introducing Paul Watson: Managing Director, South East Asia

We are pleased to announce that Paul Watson has joined Elliott Scott HR as the Managing Director for South East Asia. 

Paul has joined our team to develop the business across the region. With over 20 years of experience in the HR and recruitment field, Paul started his career in the UK before relocating to Asia in 2012. His primary focus lies in senior-level appointments, covering the entire spectrum of HR functions within both local and global multinational organisations.

As a seasoned subject matter expert in HR, Paul boasts a successful track record of leading senior HR searches. He provides insights into HR market trends, the talent landscape, and offers invaluable career planning advice for HR professionals. Prior to joining the Elliott Scott HR business, Paul spent the last six years working in-house as the Global Head of TA for a NASDAQ-listed fintech business, and more recently, as the Head of People for a technology company.

Through the combination of his extensive search experience and his recent in house HR roles Paul is well-versed in the intricacies of the HR field and can provide valuable insights and guidance and prides himself in delivering a relationship-driven, tailored approach.
