Key Responsibilities
As a Group Culture, Inclusion and Engagement Lead, you will:
- Report into the Group CHRO, you will be involved in creating and managing the overall Culture Change, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Employee Engagement strategy, framework, processes and programmes.
- Advocate as a business advisory to Leadership as well as across all levels to develop, implement and sustain effective Culture, Inclusion and Engagement strategies and policies that align with the Group’s culture and support the business' strategy and goals.
- Build cross-regional Culture & Inclusion ecosystem and world-class organisational and culture cultivation community projects to positioning the brand externally, through a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion lens, as a progressive and thoughtful brand and employer of choice.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong regional Culture, Inclusion and Engagement Strategy Advisory and Leadership background, preferably in reputable matrixed organisations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues, providing alternative long-term solutions
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional and global relationships
- Proven experience leveraging analytics to drive effective business decisions
- Ability to execute and work independently in a fast-moving environment with limited support
- Bilingual fluency (English and Cantonese/Mandarin) is essential. More than happy to speak to candidates who are open to relocate
