Group HR Service and Project Advisor, MNC Industry Leader

Our client, a highly successful and established international brand with strong presence in Asia, is seeking a Group HR Service and Project Advisor to join their team.

About the Role – What Sets This Leadership Role Apart? 

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be involved in all areas of HR but specifically, you will be playing a key role in full spectrum of HR Service and Project Advisory. We are looking for a passionate HR professional with relevant experience gained from sizable organisations. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Group HR Service and Project Advisor, you will:

• Participate as a key member of the Group HR team on all HR service-related matters
• Accountable for monitoring and delivering excellent quality of the HR service execution and HR project management

Requirements

• Relevant HR Service and Project experience in a matrixed organisation, including end to end payroll management and execution

• Demonstrated ability to think independently and creatively as well as to be hands on with potential to take on more

• Solid understanding of employment legislation and/or contractual obligations (both implied and expressed) 
• Strong knowledge in SAP Successfactor
• Sound experience of organising workloads, prioritising and multi-tasking
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual fluency (English AND Cantonese) is essential.
