Head of Reward, London

Our client, an innovative and fast-growing insurance business, is seeking a dynamic Head of Reward. This role offers the opportunity to take a hands-on approach while acting as a trusted advisor to the HR Director.

You will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the company’s reward programs, collaborating closely with a small, cohesive HR team. This position is ideal for an experienced Reward leader who thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is eager to shape the reward offering as the business continues its strong growth trajectory.

Experience with global reward programs and knowledge of the insurance sector would be highly advantageous.
