Head of Talent and Learning

 

As the Head of Talent & Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by driving innovative talent strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent development programs that foster a high-performance culture, align with business objectives, and enhance employee engagement. This is a strategic leadership position that requires a visionary leader with a passion for developing talent and building a thriving organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Leadership Development: Create and oversee leadership development programs that identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
  • Learning & Development: Design and deliver innovative learning and development initiatives that support employee growth, productivity, and engagement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that support goal alignment and employee development.
  • Succession Planning: Establish and execute succession planning strategies to ensure the continuity of leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced consumer-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices, including leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent strategies at a large scale.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
