HR Business Partner

My client is a well-established yet forward-thinking global insurance company. Following consistent growth and recent acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced Business Partner with a strong background in M&A environments who understands the value of true collaboration. The International HR Director aims to strengthen the HR function with dynamic, solution-oriented, and proactive partners.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with a leader who is commercially savvy, intelligent, and approachable. This opportunity is ideal for Business Partners who thrive in fast-paced, agile settings and are excited to contribute to the company's growth journey. The preferred candidate will have 10-20 years of experience, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services sectors, with additional European exposure being advantageous.
