Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering a leading international client based in Oxfordshire with their recruitment for a HR Business Partner. This is a newly created role and will work a hybrid pattern with 1day per week in the office. The office has great transport links from London and the Midlands.
We are looking for commercially focused HR Business Partners who have worked within fast paced and high growth international businesses. The client groups for this role include Global Marketing, Sales and Product. Therefore, experience partnering these functions is ideal.
Ideal sector experience will include FMCG, Retail and Marketing.
Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, this role will provide strategic and commercial HR solutions to an assigned client group of c.100. Working closely with the SLT, you will drive the HR agenda across a diverse client group including Marketing, Product and Sales.
Key focusses for the role will include Employee Relations, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Change Management and Employee Experience.
As the HRBP, you will work closely with the wider HR COEs in delivering a HR strategy focused on growth and change.
Our client is looking for proven HR Business Partners who are commercially focused and used to driving HR Change.
Previous experience must have included partnering Commercial and Corporate client groups at SLT level.
