Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering a fast-growing Retail brand in the hiring of a HR Business Partner/Manager.

The business operates a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in their Central London office. 
 
 Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will be accountable for driving the HR agenda across a defined client group including Retail and Corporate. 

Working as a true HR Generalist, the HRBP will manage a mix of operational HR alongside delivering strategic HR programmes. 

Key accountabilities to include but not limited to: 

  • HR Business Partnering
  • Employee Relations
  • Talent Management
  • Change Management

We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner who has worked within a multi-site capacity, ideally within Retail or Hospitality. 

As a HR Generalist, your background will demonstrate a blend of operational HR and HR projects. 

Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work autonomously.  

Successful candidates will enjoy working in small HR teams where they can influence change and work innovatively.
