HR Manager (Learning and Development)

We are currently partnered with a leading organization looking for an experienced, proactive and solution focused Manager, Learning & Development based in Manilla, Philippines.

You will be an exceptional leader and will be recognized for achievements related to learning and development, retaining, and developing a high performing team supporting both a volume-based and specialized skills based working environment.  You will have a strong, demonstrated leadership capability in addition to well-developed people skills with proven technical expertise in training programmes, and a strong focus on innovation.  You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to fluently articulate business strategy and operations, translating organisational strategies into clear objectives and business actions.   

We are also looking for:

• 7+ years of relevant experience to drive learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development training programs, including orientation sessions, soft skills training, and front-line leadership development.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and subject matter experts to create and refine learning roadmaps.
• Serve as an expert user of the HCM Oracle Learning Management System.
• Contribute to talent management efforts through effective data management and analysis.
• Develop and manage training schedules, tracking the progress and completion rates of all training initiatives.
• Exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player.
