We are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturing organisation in North America to hire an HR Leader for their Statesville, North Carolina, production and manufacturing plant.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a solid background in large-scale manufacturing organizations. The role requires expertise in compensation, benefits, training and development, talent review and succession planning, resource planning, and associate relations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strengths in crisis and change management. This role involves assessing organizational needs, collaborating with business unit leaders, anticipating long-term HR trends, and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to propose corrective actions aligned with business objectives.
To be successful in this role you should be able to build a strong executive presence and foster effective associate relations
Key Requirements:
Compensation: $90k - 110k/year
