A European multinational organization with a regional presence spanning over 50 countries is looking for an HR Specialist to join its team in Singapore. This role will be pivotal in delivering expertise and support across the full range of HR functions while working closely with the Singapore business team.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes, maintain accurate personnel records, and support employee lifecycle events such as contract renewals, internal transfers, probation reviews, and promotions.
You will handle compensation and benefits administration, payroll input, insurance updates, and HR-related queries while preparing reports and conducting data analysis. Ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations is critical, alongside delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support. Additionally, you will contribute to talent acquisition, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives, as well as support various HR events and projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and familiarity with local employment laws. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are crucial. Expertise in HR operations, payroll and benefits management, talent acquisition, and a demonstrated business acumen are essential for success.
