Our client, a fast-growing, Pre-IPO Ad-Tech organization, looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Engineering and Product teams.

In this exciting role, you will partner with senior business leaders and C-Suite executives in Engineering & Product to understand strategic objectives and craft talent management strategies that drive performance, foster culture, and make the company a great place to work.

 

We are looking for someone with a strong business partnering background and experience in fast-paced, start-up, and scale-up tech environments. You will play a key role in driving organizational health, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers. Simultaneously, you will partner with the Talent, L&D and the broader People team to ensure the product and engineering client groups are aligned to the broader organizational growth.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Has proven experience in supporting product and engineering teams – specifically around performance management and organizational design. 
  • Has experience in global environments and scaling teams.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to utilize HR Data to influence senior leaders
  • Is a team player with an inclusive mindset, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.

Compensation: $180-$210k + equity + benefits
