HRIS Specialist (global fintech) – TC up to $HK 2 million

We are currently working with a global fintech firm who are looking to add a Senior HRIS Specialist to their team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our human resources information systems (HRIS) to support our global operations.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Developing and executing HRIS strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Managing and maintaining HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Leading the integration of new HRIS technologies and upgrades to enhance functionality
• Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment on HRIS initiatives
• Providing training and support to HR professionals and employees on the effective use of HRIS systems
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols
• Analyzing HR data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology

Background:

• Business-level Mandarin language proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in a global fintech environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HRIS initiatives
