We are partnering with a leading global asset manager who are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst their team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing their Workday HRIS system to support the organization's HR processes and initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance for the Workday HRIS system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems
  • Conduct regular audits of the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Train HR staff on system functionality and best practices for data entry and reporting
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and Workday system updates

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and data analysis
