Human Resources Manager

A global retail organization is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, your responsibilities in this role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to workforce planning, hiring, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in the local market. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike on various HR-related matters.

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of HR best practices and be able to collaborate effectively with different teams. A strong foundation in performance management, learning and development, coupled with strong business acumen, is essential and being able to communicate fluently in mandarin, will be highly valued.
