Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at a growing financial technology company. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and loves the challenge of matching world-class talent with innovative opportunities, this is the role for you!

• Focus on Product and Engineering recruiting in the cutting-edge fintech space.
• Collaborate in a hands-on, fast-moving environment that values innovation.
• Enjoy a hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (Downtown) and 1 day WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and engineering teams, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Leverage creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience while conducting thorough assessments.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and improve processes.
• Bring your understanding of financial services and enthusiasm for technology to connect talent with transformative roles.

What makes you successful in the role:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in technology or financial services.
• A proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
• Success in managing high-volume recruiting with tight timelines.
• A passion for connecting people with opportunities that align with their career goals.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Stellar organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a constantly evolving environment.
