Our client is a leading player in the construction and property development sector, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. With a strong regional presence in the region, they are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead their human resources function across.

Overview:
As the Regional Head of Human Resources, you will drive the HR strategy to align with the company’s business goals, ensuring effective people management and development across the organization. You will act as a key business partner to senior management, championing initiatives that foster a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support business growth.
    • Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast workforce needs and address talent gaps.
  • Talent Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
    • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement systems to monitor and enhance employee performance and productivity.
    • Guide managers in creating a feedback-rich culture.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the construction, property, and engineering sectors.
    • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Lead change management initiatives to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • HR Operations:
    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
    • Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction, property, or engineering sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading HR teams across multiple locations or regions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
