A leading global conglomerate is seeking a Regional Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits (C&B) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of rewards and incentives for a regionally diverse workforce.
As the Regional Senior Manager - C&B, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with global standards. You will be responsible for crafting salary structures tailored to regional markets while maintaining alignment with global guidelines. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) to drive employee engagement and performance.
In this role, you will conduct market benchmarking and provide recommendations for improving compensation and benefits. Collaboration with senior leadership and HR teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration of C&B policies. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance with regional labor laws and regulations, analyzing compensation data to provide insights.
To excel in this position, you must have proven experience in Compensation & Benefits management in APAC region, with a strong focus on compensation structure design and long-term incentives. A deep understanding of regional labor markets and C&B trends is essential, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. You should have the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and lead teams in a multicultural environment. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
