Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering a leading international client based in Buckinghamshire with their recruitment for a Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a newly created role and will work a hybrid pattern with 3 days per week in the office.
We are looking for commercially focused HR Business Partners who have worked within fast paced and high growth international businesses.
Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, this role will provide strategic and commercial HR solutions to an assigned client group of c.200.
Working closely with the SLT, you will drive the HR agenda across a diverse client group including Commercial, Corporate and Operations.
Key focusses for the role will include HR Analytics, Talent Management, Change Management and Employee Experience.
As the HRBP, you will work closely with the wider HR COEs in delivering a HR strategy focused on growth and change.
Our client is looking for proven HR Business Partners who are commercially focused and used to driving HR Change.
Previous experience must have included partnering Commercial and Corporate client groups at SLT level.
