My client is seeking an experienced HR professional with a proven passion for driving people strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations across Southeast Asia and collaborate closely with business leaders to achieve organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across Southeast Asia, aligning people strategies with regional and global business goals.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning, to build a strong talent pipeline for the region.
  • Lead employee engagement and cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and influence decision-making on people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out regional and global HR programs, ensuring effective implementation tailored to local markets.
  • Support business leaders in managing organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, or scaling operations.

 

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Has 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner role, ideally within a fast-paced global organization.
  • Possesses strong regional experience, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances, employment laws, and HR practices across Southeast Asia.
  • Demonstrates exceptional business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with the organization’s commercial objectives.
  • Is an influential communicator, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across diverse markets.
  • Has experience in data analytics and reporting to measure the impact of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement
