A thriving European MNC with a regional footprint across more than 30 countries, is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager, based in Singapore. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations providing HR expertise and guidance to various business units within the APAC region. Driven by strong business demands, the organization is projected to experience double-digit growth, making this an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR Operations Manager looking for fresh challenges.
This role will report directly to the Head of HR, APAC and will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and enhancing HR operations and processes, payroll services and travel programs. A crucial aspect of this role involves building strong relationships with Country HRBPS and collaborating closely with the regional HR team to understand their needs and challenges and ensuring that the organization's people operations are optimized as they grow within the region.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or have equivalent experience. A seasoned HR Operations Manager with more than 8 years’ experience in a consumer-focused industry, within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver and critical thinker, highly organised with strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organisational goals. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization will be crucial for success.
