We are currently partnering with a leading financial services organization that is seeking an experienced leader to join their HR team as a Senior Manager - HR Risk & Compliance. This role is based in Bangalore, India.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring compliance across business units, and maintaining the highest standards of HR operations. You will also design and deliver training programs to improve awareness of risk management, compliance, and ethical standards. Additionally, you will implement governance programs to monitor HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance through regular audits and corrective actions. Close collaboration with legal teams is essential for managing regulatory matters and aligning HR practices with organisational goals. Furthermore, you will lead quality assurance initiatives for HR operations and continuously enhance risk management practices.
We are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in HR risk management and compliance
- Proven project management experience in complex environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of the industry
- Understanding of Quality Management Standards, such as ISO9001 or similar is preferred
