We are partnering with high growth fintech going through continuous growth looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards role to build and expand their compensation philosophy and design a robust job architecture.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role is an incredible opportunity to create lasting impact by defining and executing Total Rewards strategies for a dynamic, global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the company’s compensation philosophy, including market pricing, salary structures, and pay-for-performance strategies.
  • Build and implement a job architecture framework to support workforce planning and career progression.
  • Monitor and improve compensation practices to align with market trends and business goals.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, partner directly with external vendors,
  • Lead year-end merit and bonus planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Leverage HRIS and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership teams to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Total Rewards queries across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits, preferably in high-growth companies.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing compensation frameworks and job architecture models.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, employee laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • A proactive, process-improvement mindset with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Compensation:  $150-175k base + Bonus + Equity
