A well-established UK multinational corporation with over 20 offices worldwide is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across the Asia region, shaping the organization's workforce through strategic recruitment initiatives.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will recruit for a diverse range of roles across Asia, navigating the unique cultural, legal, and market nuances of each country. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will craft tailored hiring strategies, provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, and leverage innovative sourcing techniques such as social media, professional networks, and talent communities to attract top talent

Additionally, you will provide insights on talent trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. By tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, you will optimize processes and improve hiring outcomes, contributing to the organization’s overall success.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruitment experience is required. Expertise in recruitment within the Asia region is essential and the ideal candidate will be an intuitive problem solver and analytical thinker, highly organised with strong attention to detail. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams will be crucial for success.
