We are partnering with a globally renowned professional services firm to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Los Angeles office.
This hybrid role (2 days onsite + 3 days WFH) offers excellent career growth, global exposure, and the opportunity to work within a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
In this role, you will:
- Be a part of exceptional business services team while managing the entire recruitment cycle.
- Identify and attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with department managers to enhance hiring strategies and foster diversity and inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to take initiative, learn, and excel.
- Passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.
Compensation: $100k to $115k/year base + Bonus + Benefits
