VP – HRBP/ Talent Management (global fintech), base up to $HK1.35 million

We are currently working with a leading fintech firm who are looking for a HR Business Partner with a focus on talent management. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent strategies that support our overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Partnering with the talent acquisition team to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles
• Leading performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning
• Providing coaching and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR related issues
• Leading talent development initiatives, including training programs and succession planning
• Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Driving employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment

Background

• At least 8 years BP & talent Management experience
• Business level Mandarin – written & spoken
• Financial services industry experience, ideally from a global brand
