VP, HR Policy (hybrid)

We’re working with a leading international bank with a friendly and collegiate culture, who are hiring for a HR Policy Manager as part of a small ER team.  This role will be hybrid three days a week in their London office (City-based).  

Reporting to the Head of ER for the region, this bank is currently building their ER team.  This will be a good opportunity for an experienced ER practitioner with a passion for HR policy to shape the Bank’s proposition here. You will be an experienced ER professional – ideally bringing from experience from financial services.  The scope of role and culture of the organisation means that someone with a collaborative and consultative approach.
