Garrett specialises in recruiting for Financial Services roles across North Asia and works with some of the world's leading organisations. He began his career as a researcher at Robert Walters UK in 2006 before moving onto cover Operations & Change Management within the sell side. In 2010 he relocated to Hong Kong to assist in building the newly formed contract desk. Later Garrett served as a manager for the contract division before taking over the front office desk where he spent time developing and managing a successful permanent front office banking team. He then joined Eames in mid-July, tasked with building & leading the banking team covering finance, risk, audit & compliance.
