With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, Gordon is highly experienced in identifying and assessing top talent. His search approach is coordinated and strategic; his sourcing and recruitment process has been streamlined over the course of his career.

Gordon began his HR career with a New York-based investment research and management firm. In 2001, he expatriated to Hong Kong, where he held strategic leadership roles with multinational organizations across Technology, Financial and Professional Services. Responsible for building out the Talent Acquisition functions for the Asia-Pacific region, Gordon has an impeccable reputation and solid track record of corporate success. Since 2008 he has been recruiting from Vancouver. ​

Gordon is a graduate of the State University of Buffalo, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Marketing. Gordon is bilingual in English and Cantonese.
