With over 20 years of experience in the HR and the recruitment field, Paul started his career in the UK before relocating to Asia in 2012. His primary focus lies in senior-level appointments, covering the entire spectrum of HR functions within both local and global multinational organisations.

As a seasoned subject matter expert in HR, Paul boasts a successful track record of leading senior HR searches. He provides profound insights into HR market trends, the talent landscape, and offers astute career planning advice for HR professionals. Prior to joining the Elliott Scott HR business, Paul spent the last six years working in-house as the Global Head of TA for a NASDAQ-listed fintech business, and more recently, as the Head of People for a technology company.
