Rinkal joined Elliott Scott HR as a Candidate Manager and progressed to Consultant. She supports the India business with recruitment across PAN India and emerging markets in South-East Asia. Rinkal covers mid to senior roles in Aviation, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries.
