Simon has joined to lead the Commerce & Industry desk for Elliott Scott HR, hiring across the UK & Europe.    

Simon has worked within the recruitment sector for over 25 years, 18 of which have been focused on HR.  His experience to date has included working for high growth global recruitment businesses including FTSE listed, PE backed and privately owned brands.

Over the years, Simon has built a strong reputation across his candidate and client network for his open, honest and consultative approach. He has a diverse portfolio of clients spanning a wide range of sectors including (and not limited to) Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Logistics, Healthcare and Technology. 

Simon’s core focus is Senior to Executive HR hires across HR Leadership, Generalist HR, Talent Management/Acquisition, Learning, Reward and Systems.
