Before his tenure at Elliot Scott HR, Tushar gained valuable experience in HR hiring at True-blue India LLP, where he focused on recruitment for blue-collar positions within the retail industry. Over two years, he developed a keen understanding of talent acquisition and operational efficiency, which continues to inform his approach in his current role.
