Elliott Scott is excited to announce an opportunity for an APAC Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic global financial services firm. Reporting to the Head of Global HR, this role embodies a collaborative approach to business partnering, overseeing a workforce of over 100 employees across multiple APAC countries. As a vital link between stakeholders and team members, the Human Resources Business Partner will focus on developing frameworks, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to leadership. Main Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the firm attracts top-tier talent.
  • Drive talent management processes, including the design of succession and promotion plans.
  • Support employee development initiatives and assist with annual salary and bonus reviews for assigned client groups.


Skills Required: 

  • Currently functioning as an HR Business Partner within a global financial services organization, in a strategic and operational capacity.
  • Comfortable navigating performance-driven global matrix structures, as well as thriving in a smaller, high-touch, and growing organization focused on collaboration and quality deliverables.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, fostering strong working relationships across the business.
  • Team player with exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and working with data
  • Degree level educated and/or equivalent.
