Assistant Manager, Shared Services/ HR Operations – leading global FS firm – up to $HK 55k p/m

Our client, a leading global FS firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Associate level HR Shared Services professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the field of Human Resources at a prestigious and globally recognized firm.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Providing support to HR business partners and managers in various HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and data management
• Managing HRIS systems and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information
• Assisting with employee inquiries and issue resolution
• Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer letters
• Participating in HR project work and initiatives

Background:

• At least 5 years HR shared service/ HR operations experience from a leading global organisation
• Must be based in HK with a valid HKID
• Business level English is essential for this position
