Associate Director, HRIS (Workday)

Our client, a prominent global financial services organization with a robust industry presence, is seeking a proactive, and experienced Associate Director – HRIS (Workday) to join their team based in Gurgaon, India

In this role you will be required to strategize and provide thought leadership and consultation to the Global HRIS teams, utilizing the Global Workday platform and aligning with HR strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and deploying efficient solutions that enhance data flow, process automation, and overall system functionality. 

We are also looking for:

• 15+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Deep understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
