Based in NYC, our client is a global financial services firm seeking an innovative and analytical Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.
As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business managers on compensation processes, providing input into the design and maintenance of the compensation structure.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and updating pay structures, analysing compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, and staying current with industry trends. You will also collect and organize people data from systems like HRIS, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with teams during annual compensation reviews. Additionally, you will develop models to forecast compensation costs and support bonus processes by preparing systems and providing analysis.
We are seeking candidates with strong analytical or advisory experience in compensation, ideally from global professional or financial services firms. The ideal candidate will possess high business acumen, be capable of building internal relationships, and take a proactive approach to learning.

Compensation: $80-120k annual base salary + Bonus + Benefits
