Head of Employment Counsel, Dublin, Ireland

We are currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical client, who due to further business expansion is looking to hire a Director of Employee Relations. This is a new position to support the on-going growth across Europe. This excellent opportunity will allow you to build the Labour relations environment with a primary focus on compliance of employment-related matters. The role will report to the Global Employment Counsel Head and will be based near Dublin, Ireland. You will be a seasoned ER expert, collaborate on global HR projects related to data protection and privacy laws and regulations across countries. The role suits someone who is a self-starter and who likes to be hands on as well as be part of the longer-term strategic direction and growth of the business.
