Our client an international professional services organization are looking for a Head of HR for their Thailand operations, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. You will lead the HR function and drive the development and implementation of people strategies to support our business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the HR team in Thailand, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering strategic HR initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and effective implementation of HR programs.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Development:

  • Develop and implement employee development and career progression programs to support the growth and success of our employees.
  • Drive performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans when needed.

Compliance and Employee Relations:

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead the resolution of any employee relations issues and represent the company in labour relations, partnering with legal counsel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Head of HR/ HR Director or Generalist, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Deep understanding of Thai labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
