About the role: 

 

Our client is in search of an ambitious HR Advisor to lead critical initiatives within their organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will integrate into a small, friendly, and supportive team, overseeing both strategic HR projects and daily HR operations. This role will involve refining the approach to DEI and performance management, as well as optimising the recruitment process. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute significantly to business success through key initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the recruitment process, identifying ways to improve and enhance it.
  • Develop and implement the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and action plan.
  • Oversee the annual collection of compensation benchmarking data for all corporate roles globally.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to achieve operational objectives through effective people management, providing proactive support and advice to line managers.
  • Assist in the review, design, and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Supervise visa processing and global mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulatory obligations, including SMCR, with support from the HR Assistant.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with all stakeholders across the business.
  • An empathetic approach, prioritising employee well-being in all people-related matters.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile, and evolving environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for addressing open-ended, ambiguous challenges.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • A curious mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Experience with HR software (preferably HiBob) is advantageous.
