Our client is in search of an ambitious HR Analyst to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will become part of a small, friendly, and supportive team, assisting with the daily operations and management of the HR function. This position offers the chance to support and oversee various key processes and projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage global monthly payroll processing within established deadlines.
  • Provide recruitment assistance to hiring managers and the HR Advisor.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Address queries from the HR and recruitment inboxes.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts and references.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training sessions for Learning & Development in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
  • Maintain employee records within internal systems.
  • Respond to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
  • Assist with the mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles.
  • Ensure processes are current, efficient, and streamlined.
  • Support the HR Advisor in delivering HR inductions to new employees.
  • Assist the HR team with sickness management and occupational health referrals.
  • Manage visas and right-to-work documentation for new hires.
  • Provide note-taking support for employee relations meetings when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant/Analyst or in a similar HR support role.
  • An approachable nature with empathy and respect for confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • A curious mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR software (preferably HiBob) is advantageous.
