Our client is a global, top-tier automotive manufacturing company. As they expand in the region, they are seeking an Analyst in Job Architecture and Strategic Workforce Planning to help shape the future workforce of the organization.
We are looking for someone who enjoys leveraging data to drive organizational success and possesses a strategic mindset. The Analyst will support the design and maintenance of the job architecture framework within the organization. This role involves analyzing workforce data, developing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment between job structures and business objectives.
Additionally, the Analyst will use predictive modeling to forecast workforce needs and track key metrics to evaluate the success of workforce strategies. They will also provide guidance on organizational design, offering recommendations to optimize team structures and productivity.
Key Requirements:
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year
