Our client is a market leading insurance company who due to an internal transfer is looking to hire a HR Business Partner.  You will provide an impactful approach to business partnering and enable teams to achieve their overall people plans.
 
 It is an environment where HR has a seat at the table and you will have the exposure and autonomy to work closely with the business. You will be comfortable working across a global matrix and collaborate well with the centres of excellence to deliver a world class employee experience. 

The HR Business Partners drive a cohesive people agenda aligned with our ambitious growth plans, oversee strategic HR initiatives, and manage daily HR activities.
