HR Data Analytics Manager (leading global multi-strategy asset manager) up to $HK 700k base

We are currently working with a leading alternative asset manager who are looking to add a HR Data Analyst to their team. This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data. 

Duties & responsibilities.

• Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. 
• In collaboration with the leadership team, perform a wide range of specialized Human Resources functions related to recruitment, selections, employment processing, and onboarding.
• Utilize strong analytical and leadership skills to coordinate, facilitate, and implement processes relating to credentialing, recruitment, classification, employee records, and required human resources reporting. 
• In collaboration with leadership, collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Human Resources information system (WorkDay) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources.

Background:

• At least 5 years HR Data Analytics experience from a leading global organisation
• WorkDay experience highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI advantageous
• Must have HKID
