Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and terminations
- Hands-on leadership of the HR operations team responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities and delivering quality service to employees
- Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Manage complex employee relations cases, grievances, and disputes, providing guidance and facilitating resolutions
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and act as the primary point of contact for provider management
- Contribute to the overall development of the HR function and foster a positive employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of senior-level HR generalist experience from a leading financial services organization or multi – national corporation
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
