HR Generalist (leading European Financial Services firm) – up to $HK 75,000 p/m

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and terminations
• Hands-on leadership of the HR operations team responsible for executing day-to-day HR activities and delivering quality service to employees
• Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Manage complex employee relations cases, grievances, and disputes, providing guidance and facilitating resolutions
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and act as the primary point of contact for provider management
• Contribute to the overall development of the HR function and foster a positive employee experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 8+ years of senior-level HR generalist experience from a leading financial services organization or multi – national corporation
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
