Our client a leading professional services organisation, seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as the HR Lead for APAC Rewards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Rewards Programs: Develop and implement rewards programs, policies, and procedures for employees in the APAC region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of our total compensation package, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation-related matters, driving alignment with business objectives.
  • Salary Review Management: Lead the annual salary review process, including budget planning, salary benchmarking, and communication with senior management.
  • Performance Management Leadership: Take charge of the performance management process, setting and monitoring individual and team objectives and performance metrics.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver training sessions on rewards and recognition programs for employees and managers, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.
  • Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Background:

  • Progressive Experience: Possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards management, demonstrating a strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Structural Expertise: Ideally, have prior experience in establishing or revamping compensation and benefits (C&B) structures and frameworks, showcasing the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Engagement with Remuneration Committees: Previous engagement with remuneration committees is a key requirement, indicating a deep understanding of governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Proven track record of developing highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, coupled with exceptional client-facing communication skills.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is highly desirable, demonstrating proficiency in HR technology and external consulting services.
  • Complex Business Environments: Experience working in a complex and multi-entity business structure is highly desirable, highlighting adaptability and strategic agility in dynamic environments.\
