Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Marketing-Tech SaaS company, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support their Engineering and Product teams in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Service Delivery: Act as the primary HR point of contact for tech teams, addressing employee inquiries, supporting recruitment and performance management, and managing employee relations.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies to tech leaders.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to support tech employees’ evolving needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR, with substantial experience as a Business Partner, with experience supporting engineering and tech clients.
  • Skills: Strong advisory, coaching, and data-driven decision-making skills; capable of influencing senior leaders and driving HR initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS, HR analytics, and a data-driven approach to HR strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels. High EQ and agility.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $130,000-$175,000 + bonus + equity
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Parental Leave, Summer Fridays, and more.
