Junior HR Business Partner (1 year contract) – leading financial services firm

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Support the HR Business Partner in monitoring and analyzing HR metrics and trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in an HRBP support position in a leading financial services firm
