Currently partnering with a top tier buyside who are looking to add a new addition to their Compensation, Benefits & Employee Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support our business goals and attract and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing competitive compensation structures that align with company goals and industry standards
Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks that enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing
Analyzing market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to current and potential employees
Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention through targeted programs and activities
Collaborating with senior leadership and HR partners to develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and performance
Overseeing the administration of performance management processes, including salary planning and annual bonus programs
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation, benefits, and employee engagement matters
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
Background:
At least 4 years' experience from a leading global firm covering compensation, benefits, employee engagement or benefits
Must be based in Hong Kong with a valid HKID
